To achieve these goals, Ezma Logistics was developed as a dedicated logistics arm, enabling efficient and reliable operations aligned with the group’s growth strategy. Over time, the company has evolved into an independent logistics provider, offering its services to a wider market beyond the group’s internal operations.
The company provides comprehensive door-to-door logistics services across key international markets, including China, Italy, Turkey, the UAE, Jordan, and North Africa, ensuring seamless movement of goods across regions.
To enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, Ezma Logistics utilizes its proprietary tracking software, allowing real-time monitoring of shipments. Ezma Fashion was established in 2024 in Iraq as part of Ezma Holding, with the launch of its own brand, UNEVA, dedicated to men’s fashion. Following a detailed study of the local market, Ezma identified strong growth potential within the fashion sector and made a strategic investment to enter this field.
The company’s objective is to offer high-quality, modern fashion products that meet evolving consumer trends while maintaining competitive pricing.

Following years of hybrid roles at his Family's business, Shorsh was appointed as Ezma Holding's Vice Chairman for his years of extensive experience in cross-disciplinary roles with high focus on business development area. At the helm of the Ezma Holding operations, Shorsh has built robust relationships and strategic partnerships with several regional and global brands, making him today the primary shareholder directing manufacturing and outsourcing for the group.

His superior skills have allowed Ezma to look at business opportunities in new fields and other countries where he meticulously weaves the fabric of lasting business relationships.
